I'm looking for a software which can edit AVI Files. For example i have a live concert of an artist in AVI Format and i want to split it in small video clips (each song). While capturing i did not press any button (one scene) ..and the camera was not digital. Ulead VideoStudio software which i use does not let me split an AVI File, only an mpeg. Any ideas?

I use the Video Editor from Roxio 7. Sure ther must be another software that could do this for you at less cost.
