someone please help me, i neee to be able to run dual soundcards like in atomixmp3!!!!

its already supported :)

Virtual DJ supports a bunch of different soundcard setups...

Look inside VDJ, in soundconfiguration.... Its a lot the same as AtomixMP3, but better :)
