I JUST DOWNLOADED ASIO4ALL AND ARE TRYING TO SET IT UP BUT HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO WHEN IT COMES TO AUDIO CONFIGURATION. IF ANYONE CAN HELP?

It's a .pdf file.
Do you have Acrobat reader installed ?
