So I'm new to all this but keen.
I have a fairly new dell dimension5000, nothing special just the standard from dell, no additonal sound cards.
How can I get the cueing tune in the headphones (they are plugged in the front on the PC) and the mix coming from the speakers (plugged in to the back onboard sound card)
Any help appreciated

I bought an USB headphones and they work fine. This way you dont need to get a Y splitter or 2nd sound card. Just plug them in and after the software installation you can use the sound config in VDJ to set you headphones for cueing and your primary card for external sound.
