when i try to play my mixstation 2 it says serial number invalid what should i do

je possède la console hercule, le logiciel virtual dj était fournis avec mais sans n°série je ne peut donc pas télécharger les effects et plug-ins. Comment faire please?

Effects are for full users of VDJ, sorry...
Your console version will of course work fine with your console, but when it comes to extras like effects, you need to get the full version to download..

but its definitively worth the upgrade, in so many ways :)
