Topic: Simple mixer question

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Can anyone tell me why my CUE level is always higher than the MASTER level on my Phonic MX300 mixer? If i turn the gain down on the channel the MASTER also reduse. The treble mid and bass is all in centre, but if i play the same song on both CUE and MASTER the CUE is higher.

I hope i wrote so u understand the question... Tell me if u need more info.

PS: The one channel of the 5.1 conf. (back speaker plug) i run is louder than the other, what can i do to equel them to the same gain on the pc?

The reason the speaker plug has a higher volume is so that you can get a surround sound with a 5 speaker system. If you are using these plugs as a way to preveiw your tune that you have queued up, then it will be either louder, softer or the same, depending on the purpose of the plug you are using.
I hope this helps out. If anyone else knows more, please post as I maybe way off
