If I buy this software, will I be able to screw and chop (like swishahouse) with just this program and my computer? If not, does someone know a program like that?

Its when they slow down the music, sounds like a tape draggin. Real popular with rap music in the south.

Hmmm, never heard of this effect. My best guess would be messing around with the pitch...other then that I'm not sure.
