Topic: Trouble with install after purchase

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I am unable to install on my laptop after I purchased full version. It just hangs in the installation wizard. After a couple of reboots, still the same thing. Any ideas out there what could be my problem? Windows 2000 OS
