Its not spyware, it allows you to upload your mixes to charts automatically if you have it enabled. By the way charts have been disabled for some time now.

Thank you for clarifying. I apologise. Nevertheless, I deleted the file. For the record, I love your software and highly recommend it-- even for casual users.

Just a reminder: $59 USD for this program is NOT Expensive. BELEIVE ME ... Check out the insane prices for other proggies.
