Topic: atomix won't start up i need some help please

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

all it does is shows the splash screen and then freezes my computer. It just started doing this i've been using it for about 2 weeks with no problems can someone help plezzz.

Look at the top : If your Atomix loads and then dissapears please mail to: service@atomixmp3.com

well it doesn't dissapear it just freezes with the splash screen on there it and i can't even alt ctrl del i have to reset my computer.
 
i have tried to uninstall and reinstall and it still does the same thing.
