is it possible to make your brake and swirl up effect be able to have a song selected so when it swirls up again it starts the song selected?

Yep I understood what you mean. We'll see what will be possible in the future.
For now you can always activate the effect on both tracks (the mix-out & mix-in) at the same time and flip the crossfader at the moment it inverts direction. This is giving the same result.
