Topic: My Atomix doesn't work

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I bought and paid my $60. But after i entered the serial number that they give me. Nothing comes out. Please help, i tried emailing at service@atomixmp3.com, but the response has been slow and they said it's probably because i entered the serial number wrong. I did not though, i made sure of it. I tried reinstalling it but no result. I opened the demo version and it works just fine. Can somebody help me please
