I DIDN`T RECEIVE ANY SERIAL.I HAVE WRITTE TO THE SERVICE BUT I STILL HAVE A PROBLEM.DO I HAVE TO DOWNLOADIT AGAIN.WHERE I CAN FIND MY SERIAL?
