Ok That's it!!! I want to invest my loot into a second sound card. I need an external soundcard with a USB port (for my laptop). I just moved to China so I have NO IDEA where to get this. So my question is: Where the HELL can I buy this ONLINE!!
And more importantly: WHICH darn soundcard should I buy?

ALSO!!! i have read in past postings that it is possible to get one of those audio in/out Y cables with 4 male ends. I currently have the Y cable with 2 male ends. where the HELL do i find one with 4 male ends????? I've looked all over stores here in China and HAVE NOT FOUND em. WHERE can i get one online? (if it exists!!)

Interesting, could you elaborate on usb and pcmcia?
I am intending to buy a laptop and use atomix with 2 outputs: onboard sound and pcmcia or usb. Or can I use 2 outputs from a single usb or pcmcia solution?
Who has experience with running atomix from a laptop? Will it work?
Who has recoomendations about which brand of laptop, onboard sound chip, usb sound card, and pcmcia sound card to buy?
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
