why, when you have a playlist, do the songs seem to go onto the turntables cued up to a certain random point a few seconds in or more (not the beginning) I am not a deejay at all, but generally I want the songs to start at the beginning when I am playing them. How can I do this?

It's starting them where it detects a beat, which may or may not be accurate.
Hit the stop button a few times to cycle thorugh start points.

Just make a cue point at the begining of the song.
