When i add a MP3 file to the second deck the volume of the MP3 palying on the first deck goes down..... how to fix?

In the options, disable autolevel. Good luck.

Alrea, I personally think that this is rather due to an incorrect setup of the sound configuration as he reports that the volume of the playing channel decreases when loading a second track on the cue.
If I'm well informed (please feel free to correct me when I'm wrong) autolevel only adapts the volume of the second track to the first one and not vice versa.
If I remember well I had the same problem in a distant past, which was - if I recall well - due to an improper configuration of the 3D setup of my soundcard (when loading a second track, this track is automatically activated for prelistening which can affect the master out if the configuration is not properly set up).
