Is there a way to change the time length Atomix uses to go from one Turntable to the other. In most cases it cuts off one song way to early.

No there is no way for the moment. The only thing you can do is to know when the mix will begin : the time is behind TO END. So, if you think the mix begin to early, you have to put the automix off. I agree with you, it is one of the few bad point of the soft.
