Wine is the windows emulator under linux.

While Wine (http://www.winehq.com/) does a reasonably good job on simple programs, I doubt whether it's quite up to running Atomix in a fast, reliable manner. When you need all the CPU power you can get, dedicated to the task of decoding MP3's, running under an 'emulator' is not going to help the cause any. If you really must run Linux for this purpose, then a dedicated Linux application is really the only way to go.
