Topic: Can't get update

Hi Guys

I to have bought the product and have been very happy with it. I bought it in december of 2000. I don't have a serial number either. I never was told to register.

Everytime I try to download it says that my e-mail is not in the database. I don't understand this because Yan has sent me an update before, why would it be missing now?

I am looking forward to using 2.0 hopefully someone will be able to help me out.

If you have received a serial number to register your copy, you must enter it in your profile on the web site (see "modify your profile"). If you haven't received it yet, well I don't know, maybe you should send a mail to service@atomixmp3.com.
 
hi, I forgot my Login ID & Password,
how do i cant get them?
& how do i can download update?
