he cambiado de controladora y la nueva controladora no reconoce los hot cues, los comentarios y las veces que he reproducido las canciones. como puedo recuperar esos datos?

That information is held in the database and has nothing to do with which controller is connected.

Try a reboot as the database file may be locked open.
 
Si pero es como sino reconociera el archivo database del disco duro. Al menos parte de el
 
That is nothing to do with changing controller.

You could maybe try recovering a previous database from a backup.
