Hi I'm on the xdj az and the lyrics don't appear on the waveform is there a way to turn in on ? They only show on the computer screen
 
So far everything but 1 I’ve thrown at it has worked lyric wise 👍🏾

It was a remix and the lyrics were in Chinese I think lol! I’ll test out more tomorrow.

My question is, after it finds the lyrics are they stored with the track or does it have to download everytime??

Other than that, thanks for the update, can’t wait to try out the new fxs. Are they linked to video fxs yet??

it’s stored in a local database
 
Awesome!!! Might have to do a few “Hiphop Karaoke” nights in the future 😝
 
I would like to know where the text is stored?
And if we could have some kind of editor to correcting text, and to nudge it a little bit backwards so that Karaoke singing people can se the next line of text in time when changing to new side of text?
 
There's already an editor in place :)
Right click on the cover of the track while on deck, or directly on the track on the browser and select Lyrics Editor
Then you are able to fix/edit/tweak lyrics

No, it's not possible to show them on the controller screen. (Hardware limitation of XDJ-AZ screen)
 
Ok, correct me if im wrong. Lyrics will be generated automaticly when i load tracks on decks yes? I tried that feature and on Levitating by Dual Lipa i had lyrics, but in Billie Jean lyrics didnt show utill i click „no” on show lyrics option and then clicked „yes”

Great feature, but can u explain how it can work properly?

Please note that the AIPrompt feature requires a PRO license, and the lyrics will get results only for popular songs unless you have a PRO license.
 
I have Pro license, don't know why my account shows home license here 🙈

Edit: On The Phone im logged on DJ PLK account, and here on my Mac and VDJ software im logged by my Name and Surname.

So can u explain how it will work correctly?:)

Thx for ai. Hope there will be much more features possible in the future. Would be great if you can also automatically create playlists sorted by bpm or mix options.

For example, "create a one-hour playlist for a wedding party of two 50-year-olds during Dinner"

But, I haven't tested the function yet, I'm curious, maybe something like this is already possible.

It was probably a network error, or the AI engine on our servers that got overloaded at this precise second. clicking on "re-analyze" in the lyrics editor usually fixes the issue.
 
The AI lyrics feature is incredibly useful for seeing what vocals are coming up on the waveform. This has been my downfall with stems: the fact you can't PFL the vocal (or any other) stem while it's turned down.

Nice work. I don't need the AI Lyrics but it seems to work perfectly on my side.

Really looking forward for Apple Music to work in VDJ. As Stephane stated the problem is on Apple's side. They always take their time to release apps/updates in their app store.
And the AI beatgrid takes time to implement. It's ready when it is ready.
