How do I report to VDJ?

1. If you can still access your account, change the password
2. Report by contacting support: https://virtualdj.com/help/
A security advice for anyone: if you don't have a secure vault for your password, remember that a long password can be easy to remember and hard to hack.
password123 = weak
ILoveNewYorkInJune!WhatAboutYou? = strong

Not strong, only stronger, anything that can be found in a dictionary isn't that strong.

Well, it's strong – test it!
It mixes upper and lower letters, has 2 special characters and is 32 characters long, so even if it's composed by existing (English) words, it's very very very resistant to brute force attack.
And: this isn't a hacker forum. I wanted to give some basic advice for non-specialists, so that they can easily secure their passwords.
Saying this, a good initiative for VDJ would be to add two-factor authentication (2FA) to the authentication process.

Tbh I rather if any MFA is added, that it be optional.
This is DJ software, not really something mission critical like banking/email, where impersonation could steal something valuable from you or to impersonate you for more malicious actions against you or a company.
A phrase of chained words/numbers or using a decent password generator of long enough length (I currently use that with a length of 60), should be decent enough for most persons.
With MFA you now have the added worry of having to carry another device, and if not a hardware token generator, having to remember to transfer the generator to a new device if upgrading (most people would honestly use their phone), and/or save some set of backup codes if you lost the device/forgot to transfer.
