I use the sampler bank a lot for bingo events can I alter the effects on the tune that is playing on the sampler Ive noticed on a few tunes I need to tweak the Bass a touch

Do you not have a controller or mixer for that?
Maybe actually fixing the track in Audacity would be a permanent solution.
