Its impossible to mix unless I manualy set the bpms. This part definatly needs work.

You don't need BPM counter to mix, and no more visual display.

Are you talking about Mix or AutoMix?

I'm just talking about syncing two tracks no auto mix just lining up the bpms according to the counter. I've also noticed that looping is a hair off.

I had the same prob. when using VDJ last night. The auto calculation of the BPM was way off in a few songs, not all of them. The beat lock couldn't hold the beat. I'll have to go back and start doing each one manually.
