Good evening,
recently when i open virtual on my second laptop it doesn't recognize the xdj rr or the xdj rx3 even when i try to fix it from the options.
Should delete virtual and re-install it ?

More likely to be drivers, if drivers are installed then a vdj reinstall won't hurt

How do you try to fix it from the options ?
As Loco said, you need drivers.
But also, make sure you didn't mess with your settings.
Check the "disableBuiltInDefinitions" and set it to NO
Also, check the mappers tab. Does the controller appear there, but VirtualDJ doesn't respond ?
In this case check that you're using factory default mapping and that you haven't selected "ignore" on the device mapper by mistake.
