Hoping for some help here. I use either a MAC mini or a MacBook Pro, and I have the same issue.
I can't pinpoint when this started but wasn't an issue a year ago.
Issue:
All controls, faders, and knobs do not want to function properly. It's like the gain of each won't work until I move all of them the full movement left/right, up/down etc. Then things seem to work like normal. This impacts the volume output drastically. Again, this is all knobs including sampler, level, hi, mid, low, all of them. Once things are moved all functions as normal.
Side issue: the microphone button for karaoke files to be shown or eliminated does not always work.
I'm close to dumping it and buying a better Pioneer unit.
Any insights would be appreciated.
