Is there a way to set VDJ to calculate stems for audio files ONLY and NOT video.

My karaoke is mostly mp4 files. I do not want the stems for those files; but do want the stems for in between singers. Also some nights when I shuffle between videos and just audio and do not want the stems when playing video. So I was wondering if there was a way..

Just don't enable stem playback if you don't use it for those tracks. There's no way to segregate what gets calculated at present.
You could use a custom button to enable or disable realtime separation before and after your karaoke session.

I have my system set to On-Demand, so tracks load quickly with no heavy analysis, but if I do want to use full quality stems I trigger it by tapping the hihats off and on, which is barely audible and starts the full analysis.
