My tip would be to use Algoriddim's djay Pro software.
As a loyal VDJ user it pains me to say it, but unfortunately neither VirtualDJ or any of the other major players have anything that equals or beats it.

A more VDJ centric answer = given you have gridded the songs properly
DJay only does the gridding automatically and that's the only thing it really has as an advantage in this particular situation (you still have to hit the sync function yourself).
- Create a custom button with this verb
beatlock
- Press that custom button then play the songs (you might have to hit sync agsin to "align" the songs if you really dropped them out of time).

Hitting sync is far easier and quicker than manually going through even a single track and setting grids yourself. Algoriddim's software applies the grids to variable tracks in an instant and it's ready to go.
I know we're on the VDJ forum, but I feel like I'm offering the best advice here.

The point still stands - the only thing that is missing is the accurate, automatic gridding, and the work can be done in VirtualDJ, just with user input.
OP never really detailed his expectations or made any comparisons to other software, he just asked for tips how it can be done, and it can be done in VirtualDJ, albeit with some work.
