I have the Traktor Kontrol Z2 mixer and is not clear to me if I need the "pro" or is enough the "home plus" license.

There is no home+ licence for the Z2 it is classed as professional equipment. So long term your options are full pro [one time payment] or pro subscription [monthly]
For initial evaluation you should get 30 days unlocked trial from when you first plug your device in with vdj running. You might have to confirm starting the trial on the vdj settings licence page.
