Right clicking on requests in ASK THE DJ brings up a small popup that allows you to search, reply and delete the request. If there's a TIP on the request, you also have ACCEPT TIP.
While using this feature, if you have a request that has a tip but you haven't accepted it yet, and you accidentally hit DELETE, it immediately removes the request without any warning and there's no way to get back to the deleted tipped request. :-(
Note also the text on this popup is very small and it's easy to hit the wrong option...
A nice small change to the app would be:
- if you ACCEPT a tip on a request, then you right click and select DELETE, remove the request.
- if you >>HAVE NOT ACCEPTED the tip<< on a request but you hit DELETE, give the user the option (in a popup) of ACCEPT TIP / DECLINE TIP / CANCEL.
Another nice feature may be to have a folder of "deleted requests" - sort of like a trash can in your email. It would give the user the ability to go there and recover any accidentally deleted tips.
