Topic: VirtualDJ Pro Cancellation/Refund

Hello! I'm sorry to post here but I'm not sure where else to go, VirtualDJ does not seem to have an obvious avenue for addressing subscription issues. I paid for a VirtualDJ Pro subscription for a few months in 2022 and cancelled my subscription Jan 2023, this is the only account with VirtualDJ I have.

Due to what I assume is a mistake I have been continuously charged for the subscription the last 19 months without actually having access Pro access. I reached out their payment processing service Fast Spring to force the cancellation of the subscription which they have done but they refuse to refund me for the last 19 months despite the fact my VirtualDJ Pro license was deactivated Jan 2023 and what the VirtualDJ account shows.

I'm not sure what to do, has anyone had any luck dealing with an issue like this?

Best to contact support directly, and also add any fastspring emails or payment references that you may have.
