DJ Dance Planet
For my family reunion I was told the morning of the event that there was no wifi or cell service, so I downloaded the songs in the Deezer app. I couldn't find any way to play them in Virtual DJ. Is there a way?

Tracks that you can "download" in the Deezer phone app are for use in that app. You can't use them in VDJ.
If you have no music of your own, then I'd suggest subscribing to Tidal's DJ service, which you CAN use offline in VDJ.

Think you need to look in to the legalities of using these services both privately and in public.
