hi hoping you can help my friend Alfie Thomas has payed £292 for virtual dj pro infinity and he is having problems getting the full fetcher its says he his not a pro user when he has payed for it he is log in with his email and password but still will let him get full fetcher in virtual dj

Alfie has posted a couple of times already.
As stated he needs to raise a support ticket as that's an account related issue and nobody on the forum can help with that.

Alfies account on here (Alfiethomas34) shows him as being a home user, so presumably when he bought VDJ he must have used a different email address.
He needs to log in with the details he used when he bought the software.
I'd suggest checking with him that he actually did buy it (the money left his account) and what details he used.
