I have downloaded VDJ remote and I get error connecting all the time. I have my laptop and iphone connected to the same network and my firewall disconnected but to no avail. the only way I get it to work is if I put my phone in hot spot and it works fine. I think it should work when you are connected to the same wifi network right? please help Thanks

Make sure the wifi connection in windows is set to private

I figure it out. When you go to the connect remote all I had to do was to click in waiting for iphone and click connect and it did work just fine. thanks for the help
