Topic: Software won't launch

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I just got a new laptop, downloaded the latest version and when launching it it comes on for 3 seconds and goes off. I won't start and I have no other messages or anything else. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing changes. Any suggestions? Thanks
