Hello. I have paid VDJ a lot for subscriptions, now they charge me twice day after and they don't say anything. There is no information on website. Its so bad service, wtf. Please give me refund or extend license date.

But you do have a subscription it seems by looking at the info in this post below your name
So what happens when you use your credentials to log into the Virtual DJ software?
Are the credentials not accepted?
