VDJ Long time user; big advocate; tech savvy, and I have my first wish/recommendation:
With music intelligence and AI exploding, I strongly suggest integrating MusicStax.com's (https://musicstax.com) unique ratings system into the VDJ db tables of tracks. It most certainly would greatly enhance the functionality of searching for the desired song in Virtual DJ.
MusicStax offers visitors to their site a creative, and highly particular set of song ratings, which include: Popularity, Danceability, Energy, Positiveness, and a few other parameters.
Services like Crate Hackers encourage DJs to utilize the MusicStax ratings in song classification and selection. So much so, that they include the MusicStax parameters right in their app song display: https://i.imgur.com/UBtK8qt.png
I have found this service increasingly essential to my set-list building. So much so, that I enter the ratings in my User1 table. See this image: https://i.imgur.com/2WYc3qX.png
Unfortunately, this is clunky, time consuming, and really only allows visual searching via a browser column display. :-(
Should VDJ Devs incorporate access to the MusicStax info in the same manner as when I click on the "Year" field (in the Info tab) and get the "Fill in missing info from discogs" option.
Once the MusicStax data is contained in the db tables, creating queries accessing those parameters will greatly enhance the granularity by which users can search for the perfect track. i.e. [genre=pop, rating=>3, danceability=>75, energy=>75]. What an improvement!
I hope this "wish" finds it's way onto your dev roadmap.

P.S. While you're at it, I know it would be appreciated features to add a "toggle switch" in the Tags modal window to indicate if a track is:
"Clean (o ) Dirty"
and a few check boxes for:
[✓] Acapella
[✓] Instrumental
[✓] Intro
[✓] Outro
