Topic: Stem engine error

I had a MacBook m1 and then recently got the m2 and then transferred all my data to my new computer,now it keeps saying stem engine error each time I open the app.what do I do please?

As written in the link, what is the status with the following command in Terminal?
csrutil status


How did you transfer your data from M1 to M2?
