Personally I woudn't let ccleaner near any computer.
That will not clear your Tidal cache. Suggest you wait until one of the tech support team responds.

There is no cache for Tidal, so nothing to clear.
It's possible that you added a Tidal link to a playlist or it was added to the search db, in which case you can right-click and remove from search db in case it is a song that Tidal removed.
If it is a song that came up on a new search, then it would be useful to let us know which song specifically.
Edit: And indeed I would stay clear of CCleaner and similar. I think some older version even completely removed the VDJ folder, so that would remove all your database, history, playlists etc...

In my experience it's usually just one instance of a track that may not load.
Streaming sites have hundreds/thousands of duplicates, so if a track doesn't load from wherever you found it originally, there's usually another copy elsewhere that will load.

I had that problem too when I used the service. Pretty sure it's an issue at their end.
