I ma having trouble broadcasting on the virtual dj server

You don't really broadcast on the VDJ server
You either video broadcast directly to a video/audio streaming platform like Twitch or MixCloud Live using the video option
Or you stream to a radio station server using the radio option
However if you use the Audio option your laptop is the actual server - not VDJ
And a lot of internet service providers will block that access on regular home internet connections
