I am not able to adjust the rane 4 curve, it is always cut, I use virtual dj
who can help me...

from the audio setup it appears to use external mixer setup have you tried adjusting in on the Rane 4 itself?

Simple, Use the Rane Driver software and calibrate the fader. Then everything will work if not there are a few other things you maybe missed. Did you read the Wiki and Hardware part of the VDJ website?
