Subscribed to the pro license but the program said I am still unlicensed. The license portal show other wise.

this is so odd, after I logoff and back to my account, it shows the old license detail instead.

It seems that you have created 2 accounts with 2 different emails (not mentioning their names for obvious reasons). If one is not working, try the other when you login in VDJ
