Is it possible to have a feature that will allow us to still use the modern waveforms (as shown in the picture) even if stems are fully disabled . It would be very hand for those of us who don't use stems but would like to see where parts of the songs are for example where vocals come in

You can set stemsRealTimeSeparation to 'On-Demand' or 'Reduced Quality'
That way the stems separation shouldn't be too demanding.
If you have a powerful enough computer, 'On-Demand' means that if you do decide to use stems they will still be calculated in higher quality, but as long as you don't use them the reduced quality is used which should be sufficient for the modern waveforms.
