Ich hoffe sehr, man kann mir hier helfen.
Ich bin Anfänger beim Einsatz von Virtual DJ. Nachdem ich etwas mit der Software herumgespielt habe, war mir klar, dass ich hiermit arbeiten möchte. Darum habe ich mir einen Numark Mixtrack Platinum FX gekauft, und gestern eine VirtualDJ PRO Infinity Lizenz erworben. Diese Lizenz wird mir auch angezeigt. Auch der Controller wird von der Software erkannt. Das Dumme ist nur: Sobald ich den Controller mit meinem MacBook Pro verbinde, beginnt die Software zu stottern.
Ich benutze ein MacBook Pro 15 Zoll, 2019 mit 2,4 GHz Intel. Core i9, 32 GB Arbeitsspeicher. Die Software auf dem Controller ist aktualisiert.
Ich habe auch nochmal eine Neuinstallation von Virtual DJ vorgenommen.
Ich habe jetzt Stunden mit dem Versuch verbracht, VDJ mit dem Controller zum Laufen zu bekommen. Was mache ich nur falsch???

Komischerweise erscheine ich immer als DJBaum2016.
Ich kann mich gar nicht erinnern, dass ich schon 2016 einen Account mit meiner E-Mail-Adresse angelegt habe. Aber es ist wohl so. Vielleicht hängt ja damit mein Problem zusammen.
Ich würde auch gern meinen Account-Namen ändern, aber das ist wohl nicht möglich..

I really hope people can help me here.
I am a beginner in using Virtual DJ. After playing around with the software a bit, I realized that this is what I want to work with. That's why I bought a Numark Mixtrack Platinum FX, and yesterday I purchased a VirtualDJ PRO Infinity license. This license is also displayed to me. Also the controller is recognized by the software. The only trouble is: as soon as I connect the controller to my MacBook Pro, the software starts to stutter.
I am using a MacBook Pro 15 inch, 2019 with 2.4 GHz Intel. Core i9, 32 GB of memory. The software on the controller has been updated.
I also did a fresh install of Virtual DJ again.
I have now spent hours trying to get VDJ to work with the controller. What am I doing wrong?
And if at all possible - can someone help me in German?
Strangely enough, I always appear as DJBaum2016.
I don't even remember creating an account with my email address back in 2016. But it seems to be so. Maybe that's what my problem is related to.
I would also like to change my account name, but I guess that's not possible....
