Salut!! Alors c'est encore moi. :-(
J'ai des micros coupures (une fraction seconde) de l'audio qui se produises.

Je vais essayer d'être le plus clair possible. J'ai l'impression qu'elles se produises au moment du chargement d'une track. Mais aussi lorsque que j'effectue une manipulation sur mon contrôleur (Denon MC7000) mais rien de précis. Elles ne sont pas systématiques mais je dirais aléatoires. Elles peuvent se produire plusieurs fois sur une même track. Cela se produit Stems activé où désactivé.

Pour mémoire : j'ai un pc portable Asus TUF de 2021 avec I7 11800H GTX 3050ti 16go RAM SSD 1to et 500Go Windows 10 exclusivement dédié à VDJ 2023 (dernière version).

Je mets le lien de mon précédant topic afin de voir les précédentes manipulations déjà effectuées pour des problèmes de craquement du son qui ont été réglé.

J'ai fais plusieurs tests. Les résultats sont plutôt surprenant.
Si j'utilise une clé USB, pas de problème de micro coupures. En revanche, si j'utilise la musique stockée sur mon SSD interne la j'ai les micro coupures. Et là j'avoue que je sèche...
Comment le SSD peut il créer des micro coupures et pas la clé USB ??!!

Bonne question, un SSD c'est ni plus ni moins qu'une clé usb beaucoup, beaucoup plus gros, j'ai vu passer qu'un SSD pour avoir une tel vitesse il doit fonctionné comme une sorte de "RAID", si le SSD n'utilisait pas ce "RAID" il serait lent comme une clé USB.

Est tu sur d'avoir installé les bons pilotes, surtout le chipset, c'est grâce à lui que le processeur, Ram, carte graphique et disque dur communique.

Ton SSD est bien en NTFS, ils sont tous les deux en MBR ou GPT ? Tu dois logiquement avoir un UEFI sur ton pc.

Logiquement le soucis ne vient pas de là, mais parfois les voix de l'informatiques sont impénétrables.

Pilote du chipset directement sur le site d'Asus. Donc oui je pense.
MBR et/ou GPT je ne sais pas. J'ai pas mon ordi sous la main. J'ai juste formaté via l'installer Windows 11. Donc j'imagine que Windows a fait les choses correctement. Enfin j'espère.
Oui un UEFI sur mon PC.

Par contre, je ne sais absolument pas si mes SSD fonctionnent en RAID ou pas.🤔
Je sais en tout cas que les débit s en écriture et en lecture sont très proche des données constructeur pour les avoir testés.

Je viens de tester avec la carte audio interne du PC. Bim !!!! Aucun problème. Du coup cela vient peut-être du contrôleur ? Non.
J'ai le dernier pilote de mon contrôleur Denon MC7000. Donc là je ne sais plus quoi faire...

Chipset, carte mère yes et autres yes.
Par contre le contrôleur c'est pas précisé sur le site de Denon. De toute façon j'avais le même problème sur windows 10. J'ai franchi le pas vers Windows 11 en espérant que cela réglerait le problème mais non.
J'avoue que là j'en ai marre. J'ai acheté une bête de course pour justement ne pas être embêté. Je me retrouve à ne plus avoir de plaisir a mixer du coup. ☹️☹️☹️ #depression...
Ça sent le contrôleur autonome tout ça... Mais la carte bleu... Aïe.
Dommage parce que je kiff Virtual DJ et le MC7000.
J'espère vraiment trouver une solution.

Alors je pense avoir identifié d'où vient le problème. En tout cas la piste, pas encore l'origine du problème.
C'est le tuto plus haut que tu m'as indiqué et des posts sur vdj allemands qui m'ont orienté.

D'après plusieurs topics beaucoup rencontre le même problème que moi et sur différents logiciels malgré des configs musclés. Comme moi, tout fonctionnait impeccable. Et du jour au lendemain le k.o.
Beaucoup rapportent que l'origine du problème fait suite à une mise à jour depuis windows 10 en 2021.

J'ai passé un coup (enfin plutôt des coups) de LatencyMon. Et là c'est le drame !!!
J'ai un résultat impeccable en termes de latence jusqu'au moment où de façon aléatoire (1 min ou 5 min ou 10min ou même des fois au bout de 25 min) le pc s'emballe (façon de parler) et la LatencyMon affiche des résultats complètement aberrants !!
Comme les autres personnes (allemand) il semble que l'un des services qui cause le plus de problème soit celui là : "Wdf01000.sys - Runtime de l’infrastructure de pilotes en mode noyau, Microsoft Corporation"

Une des solutions proposées sur le forum allemand est de changer les affinités du/des logiciel(s) audio(s) sur tous les processeurs sauf 0 et 1. Chez moi aucun résultat positif.

Je post deux résultats de LatencyMon. Celui-ou pendant des fois des dizaines de minutes impeccables puis l'autre au moment du drame.
Si un spécialiste passe par là, AU SECOURS SVP !!! Parce que là j'en ai vraiment marre :-( :-( de ne plus pouvoir mixer.

Si tu a des truc d'Asus genre Amoury crate et autre truc qui overclock, désactive les et fait des tests, tu peux aussi ouvrir le gestionnaire de taches et scruter pour voir quelle service se met subitement à foutre le binz dans l'ordi comme ça.

Cela peut aussi être l'antivirus qui fout le bordel, n'hésite a tout désactivé ce qui est susceptible de faires des pics de processeurs.

Ce qui est étonnant c'est que je n'ai pas de pic sur le processeur, la mémoire, la CG ou même la mémoire !
Avec VDJ : Proc à 18% en charge normal (35% si Stems 2 en direct), rame à 33%, Disque 2%, CG 31% (99% si stems 2 en direct normal).
Je ne constate aucun pic au moment du bordel sur LatencyMon.

C'est à n'y rien comprendre.
Je vais suivre ton conseil est désactiver tout ce que je peux trouver. Si crash Windows ce n'est pas grave je réinstallerais. De toute façon à part VDJ je n'ai rien d'autre d'installé.
Il n'y a pas à chier il faut absolument que je trouve.

En revanche tu as raison, dès que j'installe le truc de merde Armoury Crate d'Asus, Bam !!! j'ai de nouveau, en plus des microcoupures des craquements dans le son. Donc déjà lui il dégage direct !!!

Es-tu sur la build 22621.1194 de Windows 11?
Utilises-tu "Intel Rapid Storage Technology" ( en français: "Technologie de stockage Intel Rapid") ?

Alors j'utilise deux partitions une en windows 10 (tu as la capture d'écran) pour une utilisation normale et une partition dédiée à Virtual DJ sous windows 11 (tu as la capture d'écran). La build Windows 11 est bien la 22621.1194



Oui j'utilise le Rapid Storage. Enfin j'utilise... J'ai installé le pilote. Maintenant j'ai peut-être raté un truc avec Rapid Storage !???

Le problème existe sur les deux partitions. Je suis passé sous Windows 11 (Installation en partant de zero) sur la partition dédiée pour voir si cela réglait le problème. Evidemment non ! :-(
J'avais le même problème avant d'installer un deuxième SSD pour justement créer une partition sur un SSD séparé et dédiée à VDJ.

J'ai eu des soucis similaires très hard au début, mes soluces :

1) utiliser un HUB alimenté (avec transfo)
2) musique sur DD externe
3) réglage virtual dans performance, j'ai enlevé le utilisation du GPU
4) enlever toute les options d'économie d'alimentation du pc
5) décocher les options de gestion d'alimentation par win de l'USB dans gestion de périphérique.
6) et j'avais encore des micros coupures aléatoires qui ont disparurent quand j'ai changer la priorité du logiciel qui était sur "normal" en "plus haut que la normal"
