On MACOS Ventura where is the settings file located??

I want to delete it!! I went into my documents folder and deleted the entire VDJ folder yet when I open VDJ all my settings are still being read!?!

click the cog bottom right corner of options & tweaks
 
Aah ok so OS Ventura has moved all of my files 🤦🏽‍♂️
