VDJ works with any audio interface that's recognised by your computer.

We haven't got the opportunity to test Pioneer Interface 2, so we cant be 100% sure. It will definitely work with its outputs, but not sure about its Inputs. In the past Pioneer used to lock the DVS Inputs at some controllers, so not sure if this is the case here or not.
If you need to use DVS and VirtualDJ, better buy a different one like the Denon DS1, any card from NI etc.
