you need a multi channel sound interface and tell VDJ in the audio setup to output each deck to different channels of that interface... connect the cables for those channels to the mixer.
fyi this isn't really a normal use case but it should work .... most people use a DJ mixer not a studio mixer :-)

You're planning on running in mono then? I can't see any stereo channels on that mixer...
