Hi all,
I am new here and have a Problem with Virtual DJ and Mixtrack Platinum.
I have a clean install of the software and connected the controller via USB. The (active) speakers are connected via Chinch to the Controller. The Volume on the speakers is set to 3/4 and I hear a continius noise. When I set the master volume on the controler to 1-2% the payed music is extremly loud. I am unable to control it. The only way to get it under control is to remove the volume on the speakers to around 1/4.
In my previous DJ software I didn't had this problem. I tried it on windows and Mac PC and with both the same behavior. Do I have to change any settings in the software that the master volume is controlable? I tried with the oninit master_volume but it doesn't solve it.

Edid: The mastervolume meter on the top of the screen doesn't show any green light although the output on the controller is so high.
