I use a Denon MC6000MKI controller along with a MacBook Pro I purchased in December 2021. Whenever I drop a song on deck A (left deck) you can hear the song play. However, if I drop a song on deck B (right deck), and move the crossfader to the right, I cannot hear the song output. Instead, you hear the song output coming from deck A (left deck). I also cannot hear the song in deck B (right deck) via the cue in my headphones.
I have tried different crossfader configurations but have had no luck. Is there a default setting that I can use that would correct the problem? Thanks for your help ahead of time.
